| Senior Pastor - Mr Darryl Seip Darryl has overall leadership repsonsibility of the church. He has a passion for making the Bible clear and relevant and seeing the Church become all that God intended. | | 
| Executive Pastor - Mr Barry Tramacchi This role involves leadership of the ministry and administration team; overseeing ministries, property and financies; assisting in the preaching/ teaching as well as leadership development. | 
| Church Community Development Pastor - Mrs Wendy Turnour She is passionate about developing a caring community of people, growing together as fully devoted followers of Christ, and sharing Jesus' love with the wider community locally and globally. | | 
| Worship Pastor - Ms Julie Baldwin In her role, Julie has a passion to build teams of people who use their gifts to create wonderful worship that glorifies God and inspires people. | | | | | | | 
| Youth Worker - Mr Nathan Edwards Nathan leads and oversees our youth leaders for Whitehill Youth WHY? on Friday nights and Tribez, our youth Bible Study on Sunday afternoons. | |

| Bookkeeper- Mrs Julie Yarrow Julie's role involves ensuring the church finances are handled with integrity, honesty and accountability to the church and government. This involves budgeting; paying and recording of bills and payroll and recording income. | | 
| Cleaner - Clarrie Sheldrick Clarrie is responsible for vacuuming carpets, cleaning our bathrooms, mopping floors and cleaning windows. | | | | | | |
