Being Different

Being different means, well..., different things to different people. It might mean dressing differently, acting differently, or just having a different approach to life in general. But sometimes those differences don't make any difference! Are we just being different for the sake of being different? Surely there is a deeper and more substantial way to be "different"? In our BEING DIFFERENT series at Whitehill, we're going to be taking a closer look at 1 Peter.

It is one of the books written by the Apostle Peter where he outlines the ways God worked through Jesus to give us the opportunity to live different lives in this world. Peter puts forward a different way of living he describes as "a brand new life, with everything to live for." It's a life that makes a difference in how we cope with life, live above our problems and actually rejoice in what we've been given by God.
